We are changing the process for informing customers of product End-of-Life notices.

Beginning May 1, we will no longer use the PCN Alert System to inform customers of End-of-Life (EOL) notices

End-of-Life (EOL) notices will be circulated to customers who are registered to receive our e-specifier e-newsletters. We will continue to use the e-specifier for informing customers of our New Product Introductions, as we have for many years, but will now use the same e-specifier process for EOL’d products. By using the e-specifier for both New Product Introductions and EOLs, we hope to make it easier for customers to be kept informed of our product offerings.
