OKR T/3 Series: New 3A SIP

Measuring only 0.41 x 0.65 x 0.4 inches (10.4 x 16.5 x 10.2 mm), the OKR-T/3, a miniature 3A SIP, is the latest addition to the Okami family of PoL DC/DC converters.
 
  • Output current 3A
  • Wide input voltage range 4.5VDC to 14VDC
  • Programmable output voltage from 0.591-6.0 VDC
  • Drives up to 200 μF ceramic capacitive loads
  • High power conversion efficiency at 93%
  • Outstanding thermal derating performance
  • OKR T/6 and T/10 Series: 6 and 10A versions are under development
